Dear editor, THE government schools closed and the private schools are yet to close. The closure of schools marks the end of the first term. There is excitement among the pupils which comes with the closure of schools.However, closing of schools is one thing and spending the holiday responsibly is another. In view of the aforementioned, I implore the pupils in the examination classes to desist from indulging in vices such as illicit sex, alcohol abuse and drug abuse among others.The pupils in the examination classes should spend the holiday responsibly by studying hard ahead of the Grade Nine examinations and Grade Twelve examinations. This will assist them to catch up with some topics they didn’t understand very well during the course of learning before the first term ended.
