By KETRA KALUNGAIT is mere hallucination for United Party for National Development (UPND) spokesperson, Cornelius Mweetwa, to allege that I owe the Development Bank of Zambia (DBZ) millions of money just because I have challenged his boss to account for his actions, says Edith Nawakwi, president of the Forum for Democracy and Development (FDD).
