By MICHAEL MIYOBAAFTER undergoing a successful spinal surgery, Zambia Sports Fans Association patron Peter Makembo says he is recovering well despite experiencing some body pains. Makembo who is still admitted at Saint John Paul Orthopaedic Mission Hospital in Lusaka said doctors have advised him to to stay at the hospital until May 18, the day for his review.He said he had an option to go back home but couldn’t as he is still in need of special care because of the pain.Makembo, who received donations from Lusaka Dynamos and President Edgar Lungu and other well-wishers who facilitated his surgery hailed the President for improving the health sector in Zambia.
