The Luanshya Municipal Council has opened a modern ablution block at Morning Market on the Masaiti-Mpongwe road in Kamuchanga area. The project has come with complete borehole and was reticulation system. Luanshya Mayor Nathan Chanda said the local authority was rolling out development projects, the latest being the opening of water and sanitation facilities at Morning Market at a cost of K300, 000.Mr Chanda expressed optimism that the opening of the ablution block, which came with a borehole and a complete and reticulation system would play a crucial role in addressing problems of inadequate water and sanitation facilities.
