By SENIYA BANDAEconomist Yusuf Dodia has called for more private sector engagement as government formulates the eighth national development plan.Mr Dodia has stated that there is need for more dialogue between the private sector and government if the eighth national development plan is to see substantial development.He says the private sector has not given much attention when it comes to the implementation of national development plan. Mr Dodia says the issue of private sector participation has only being on paper and not the implementation aspect.
