By Mulenga MusondaThe Choma Magistrates Court has sentenced a 42 years old man who was found red-handed in the house of a 19 years old boy with the loot of clothes stuffed in a bag about to flee.In this matter Knowledge Chiboola stood charged with Housebreaking and Theft contrary to the Laws of Zambia.Particulars of the offence are that Chiboola broke into the house of Twaambo Pata Pata with intent to commit a felony therein and did steal a travelling Bag, two pairs of trousers, 2 T-shirts, 1 Vest, a bottle of Glycerine among other items valued at K539, the property of Pata Pata.The break-in happened on May 15, 2021 in Choma district after the complainant left his house to run some errands with his father.When the matter came up for plea before Principal Resident Magistrate Idah Mupemo, the accused person willingly admitted to breaking into the juvenile’s house with intent to steal.According to the […]
