By KETRA KALUNGASix bodies of the nine victims murdered by an inmate at Mukobeko Correctional Facility have been identified by the relatives.Central Province Police Commissioner Chola Katanga announced the identification of the bodies to the media.The victims are Elizabeth Kazadi 43 , Pricilla Kafumbo-aged 41 and her grand daughter Naomi Namukulwa aged six months from Kitwe.Others are Doreen Nyambe, 29 from Lusaka who is wife to a truck driver, Mrs Mombota aged 51 from Mongu and Virginia Chanda of Chingola.Martha Kafumbo young sister to Elizabeth and Priscila described the gruesome murder of her sisters in February as a huge blow to the family.Ms. Kafumbo commended the police for uncovering the mystery surrounding the death of her sisters who she said were breadwinners of the family.“The case of my sisters was the first to be reported and the police seemed reluctant to follow it up but became serious when more cases of the same nature were […]
