By SIMON MUNTEMBATWO cabinet ministers and second deputy speaker of the National Assembly have been dropped and replaced by fresh faces in the the Patriotic Front (PF) adoptions for parliamentary candidates.Minister of Works and Supply Sylvia Chalikosa, Muchinga Province Minister Malozo Sichone and deputy speaker of the National Assembly, Mwimba Malama have not been adopted to recontest their respective seats in Muchinga Province.Announcing the list of Muchinga Province adopted candidates to contest as Members of Parliament yesterday, PF Secreatry General Davis Mwila said out of the 10 constituencies in the region, only four MPs were retained.
