Dear Editor UTUNENSU na Chagwa wishes to congratulate President Edgar Lungu for emerging victorious as PF President at the just ended general conference. We also congratulate the newly elected members of the central committee because they have what it takes to deliver a resounding victory for President Lungu and the Patriotic Front.Let me put it very clearly that President Lungu will not need a re-run to win the August 12 polls, first round victory is guaranteed for him and the PF and that’s it.
