By SANFROSSA MANYINDATHE Press Association of Zambia (PAZA) has challenged media practitioners to take keen interest in understanding policy challenges especially those associated with business.PAZA president Andrew Sakala, said it was important that media practitioners familiarised themselves with the recently enacted laws in the telecommunication and technology sectors as they started talking about them. Mr Sakala was speaking when he officiated at the MTN Zambia Northern Media Region Media Club in Kitwe yesterday. “Gather the courage to do what is right and report on the impact of the telecommunication sector in the country’s economy and social development. Dissemination of information regarding telecommunication and businesses needs to be strengthened and supported in all honesty,” he said.Mr Sakala said the telecommunication sector was important because it helps to communicate and conduct research easily.
