By KALOBWE BWALYAIT IS not true that I am stopping my competitors in Chipangali constituency to sell their ideas and to make donation to people, says area Member of Parliament Vincent Mwale.Mr Mwale said he was a democratic person, who could not interfere with anyone who wished to contest the Chipangali parliamentary seat. He was speaking in an interview with the Daily Nation. Mr. Mwale said he was shocked that some people who had bad intensions have decided to peddle lies, which were meant to tarnish his name.He explained that he would never sink so low as to take such path because competition was healthy.
