By MARTIN AKENDE in Siavonga TRADITIONAL leaders with innovative ideas aimed at transforming their subject’ lives should partner with government to actualise such ideas, President Edgar Lungu has said.The President said the traditional leadership should partner with government in implementing developmental and empowerment initiatives to transform people’s lives. President Lungu said their royal highnesses with ideas that will transform their subject’s lives should approach his government to ensure such programmes are implemented. Mr Lungu said this in Siavonga yesterday when Chief Simamba paid a courtesy call on him.The President said his government remains committed to expand the empowerment programme to cater for the more vulnerable people across the country. “My government remains committed to work with your royal highnesses.
