By SIMON MUNTEMBAPRESIDENT Edgar Lungu will win this year’s Presidential elections with about 65 percent because of the unprecedented development that he has scored, Tourism and Arts Minister Ronald Chitotela has predicted.Mr Chitotela said President Lungu deserved a second term because he had proved a capable leader even under difficult conditions such as the Covid-19 pandemic.He said this yesterday in Lusaka when he featured on the PF interactive forum.The Minister predicted that the President would win with a wider margin.“President Lungu will definitely win this year’s elections with about 60 to 65 percent because of the unprecedented development he has scored,” Mr Chitotela said.The minister said President Lungu has handled the Covid-19 pandemic well and had not closed borders.He said that there were a number of developmental projects that had been rolled out across the country under the stewardship of President Lungu including the roads and flyover bridges among others.He said contrary to insinuation by […]
