The amendment bill seeks to give powers to security wings to take legal action against individuals who are cited for mismanagement of public funds. ZUFIAW General Secretary Chingati Msiska said Members of Parliament should support the proposed bill as it would bring sanity in the use of public resources. Mr Msiska told the Daily Nation that a law that compelled security wings to investigate the misappropriations of public funds was long overdue.
