Idris Mbombo’s 29th minute goal was all Zesco needed to collect maximum points against a struggling Real Nakonde side. The win is Zesco’s first in three league games, having recorded stalemates in the last two fixtures. The win has also pushed last year’s league runners-up to second position on the log with 19 points, one point behind league leaders Lusaka Dynamos. Meanwhile, Real Nakonde remains stuck on 19th position with seven points after suffering their fourth league loss in a row.
