According to a statement of claim filed in the Lusaka High Court yesterday, Phyramid Solutions are demanding immediate payment of K1,060,691.23 plus 24 percent interest as part of their business deal. “Between 4th December 2015 and 24th June 2016 the defendant (ZEPH) pursuant to its Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) number 4397,4453, 4394, 4550 and 4588 did order various printing requirements which included among others toners, drum units, board and gloss paper of various qualities, gum solution, fountain solution and roller wash solution. “The plaintiff did, pursuant to the various LPOs, supply and deliver all items ordered by the defendant with the total value of K1, 1061994.07 of which the defendant has only paid the sum of K257, 369.52,” they […]
