Thu, 11 Jan 2018 09:36:35 +0000 By GRACE CHAILE LESOETSA THE Chipolopolo team wrapped up their Morocco African Nations Championship (CHAN) preparations on a victorious note beating South African side Orlando Pirates 3-1 in a closed practice match at Rand Stadium in Johannesburg yesterday. Lazarous Kambole opened the scoring in 13th minute of play but Mpho Makola cancelled Zambia’s lead in 22nd minute. Zambia dominated the second half and doubled the scores in 47th minute through defender Fackson Kapumbu before striker Alex Ng’onga sealed off the win in 85th minute. Augustin Mulenga and Enerst Mbewe commanded the flanks well while Kondwani Mtonga and Jack Chirwa controlled the midfield. It was a usual Wedson Nyirenda starting backline of Ziyo Tembo, Adrian Chama, Kapumbu and Simon Silwimba.
