Zambia is borrowing a lot of money from China and the most projects like making roads, stadia and bridges are done by Chinese. This simply means that all the money we are borrowing will return to China. This is the right time to consult widely experienced civil engineers like Bernard Chiwala,Vitas Moya, Andrew Kashita, Potiano Kaiche, Henry Musonda, and others. This country has trained a lot of engineers who can do these jobs, but they are working outside Zambia. KM
