Mr Mushimba said wanted to learn from the Middle East country on how it had connected all modes of transportation for the benefit of Lusaka. In an interview yesterday, Mr Mushimba said that Israel had done a lot with scarce resources but had utilised technology, research and innovation for a country that was practically a desert but had managed to turn itself literally into a paradise. He said that his area of interest was on efficient transport system as well as networks because that was how Israel had managed to have a multi modal type of transportation which connected all types of transport such as air, water, road and railway.
