By GRACE CHAILE LESOETSA A non-commissioned officer has applied for judicial review challenging the State’s decision to discharge him from employment in the Zambia Air Force (ZAF) on grounds that he was not medically fit.Christopher Kaboshe said that he has been examined by different qualified medical personal and has been certified him fit.Kaboshe has cited the Attorney General as the respondent in the matter.
