This was in a case in which Olipa Zulu of Desai compound sued her husband Joseph Chipukula, 42, of Zingalume compound for divorce on allegation that he was extremely cruel. The two got married in 2006 and have four children. Zulu told Senior Court Magistrate Miyanda Banda sitting with Magistrate Pauline Newa at Matero Local Court that all was well when Chipukula had no money. She said problems started in 2015 when he started having money and spent nights out on the pretext that he was doing night shifts.
