In my view he has failed otherwise we would not have had the situation where traffic police would mount a high speed chase in a crowded area resulting in a fatality. Zambians have called on the Government to disband the traffic section because it is corrupt and a source of anger but nothing has been done. We still have Lusaka traffic Police mounting Road blocks on Lumumba Road, Great East Road and other very busy roads. This is done in the name of checking for tax, fitness and insurance. Ultimately motorists are harassed and made to part with money for” coca cola”.
