Mr Musoma said the wind of change was only in the minds of political detractors and that Zambians should not be swayed into believing such politi-cians with selfish motives. He said the government was doing everything possible to better the lives of citizens and that could be seen in the unprecedented infrastructure development such as the construction of universi-ties and health posts in all the provinces. In an interview yesterday, Mr Musoma said the opposition parties had run out of ideas and had resorted to underhand methods and using unorthodox kind of politics to the extent of even engaging clergymen to tarnish the government’s image. “The talk of the wind of change is only in the minds of political detractors.
