This follows a report submitted to cabinet on the outcome of the consultative process on Zambia’s membership to the ICC. Mr. Lubinda, who is Kabwata Patriotic Front (PF) member of Parliament, Zambia will present the same position to the African Union (AU) when the time for making submissions is due.
