Sat, 20 Jan 2018 14:24:04 +0000 By MUYANI SHINJABALE A BUILDING at Ndola’s Villa shopping mall collapsed yesterday, leaving two minors with serious injuries and three vehicles damaged. An eye witness told the Daily Nation that a lot of people were caught off guard when building blocks started flying in all directions as the structure gave way in a loud crash. And Ndola city council public relations manager Tilyenji Mwanza confirmed the incident and stated that preliminary investigations showed that the collapse was because of expansions being made to the building which the building could not be sustained. Ms. Mwanza said fire fighters went on the scene as soon as the accident happened and that the injured children were taken to Arthur Davidson Children’s Hospital.
