UPPZ leader Charles Chanda said he has embarked on a countrywide empowerment programme to identify capable leaders to start preparing for 2021 elections. Mr Chanda noted that most of the political parties were busy fighting each other at the expense of developing the country. He said by doing so would help to show the voters what the party could offer once elected into office.
