Sat, 25 Mar 2017 11:48:27 +0000 UPND Copperbelt Provincial Information and Publicity Secretary Kennedy Kalunga has urged the people of Masaiti district to give back the position of council chairperson to the UPND so that it could continue to provide checks and balances to the PF. Mr Kalunga said before the seat was nullified, the position of council chairperson was held by the UPND and so it was only fair that even during the April 25, 2017 by-election, the seat was given to the UPND. He said in an interview ahead of the April 25, 2017 by-election for the council chairperson that if the people of Masaiti vote for the UPND candidate Enny Matutu, it would provide checks and balances to the PF.
