And Mr. Moonga, who is a former UPND senior member, has suggested that all the UPND seats except for Chilanga constituency should be declared vacant and call for fresh elections in order to have serious MPs. Mr. Moonga wondered how else a reasonable person could neglect their constituents who were wallowing in poverty and chose to stay away from a platform where poverty alleviation issues were addressed at the highest level of government.
