In an interview with the Daily Nation, Mr Kampyongo has since warned UPND members to stop inciting people to rise against Government because it was criminal and they will be arrested in no time. Mr Kampyongo said UPND are known to be perpetual losers in elections, therefore they will not ascend to power by using dubious means or back door, but through a ballot paper.
