Wed, 05 Jul 2017 14:38:43 +0000 By AARON CHIYANZO and CHARLES MUSONDA GOVERNMENT has instructed inspector general of Police Kakoma Kanganja to extradite disgruntled UK based UPND cadre Larry Mweetwa for allegedly inciting other party members to continue burning down public property until their leader Hakainde Hichilema is released from incarceration. Mweetwa is alleged to have posted on his facebook page a congratulatory message for the people who had set Lusaka’s City Market on fire in and incited them to continue with the vice. “Lusaka on fire, now as I speak due to HH arrest. Job well done bane lets intensify such actions and defend democracy” the facebook posting reads. And minister of Home Affairs Stephen Kampyongo has instructed the inspector general to start the process of extraditing Mr Mweetwa.
