Tue, 15 Aug 2017 08:47:52 +0000 By Chikumbi Katebe AN attempt to disrupt the commencement of the first ever oil exploration exercise in Zambia has been thwarted following a court order to discharge an interim injunction obtained against the Zambia/UK joint venture investment under Tullow Zambia BV. According to an order of discharge granted by High Court Justice Petronella Ngulube, the court had ordered that the ex-parte order of interim injunction obtained by RAE Zambia Limited, a company that claims to have the rights to explore for possible oil deposits in Luapula and Northern provinces known as Block 31, has since been discharged forthwith.
