Chief Chikwanda said that the newly formed NDC was just a club of jokers bent on destabilising the current government. He reiterated that the Bembas would not be fooled into joining the NDC on the pretext that it was a party for Bembas. The traditional leader was reacting to NDC plans that its entire leadership be composed of Bemba-speaking people, as already evidenced from the secretary-general, Mwenya Musenge and its spokesperson, Eric Chanda.
