Special assistant to the President for press and public relations, Amos Chanda disclosed that security reports have indicated that a lot of progress has been made with regards to mollifying the threatened state of emergency declared by the Head of State. Mr Chanda said the police were on top of things with the recent preventative measures taken against some unscrupulous people who wanted to blow up the multi-million Kwacha University Teaching Hospital (UTH) oxygen plant at the facility.
