State House spokesperson, Amos Chanda had recently written Inspector General of Police Kakoma Kanganja to team up with ZICTA and investigate the source of a series of forged statements attributed to his office. Mr Tonga said the investigative wings should take charge and expedite investigations into the fake statements if at all they had been instituted. He reiterated that there was high suspicion that the forged statements were the work of the cartel trying to cause confusion.
