Chief Musaka passed on Friday at the age of 82 in Solwezi General Hospital. Burial for the traditional leader which was supposed to be attended by Minister of Chief’s and Traditional Affairs Lawrence Sichalwe could not take place on time because the instruments of power were not available. According to the Lamba tradition, a traditional leader can only be put to rest while the instruments of power are present.
