Special Assistant to the President for Press and Public Relations Amos Chanda said Mr Kambwili lacked basic qualities of leadership and that it was a tragedy to have given him (Kambwili) an opportunity to serve as minister in the first place. Mr Chanda said Mr Kambwili was an embarrassment and a regret who lacks the basic qualities of leadership. He said an interview that Mr Kambwili represented everything that was wrong about today’s politics.
