Constituency chairperson Elias Mwila observed that 2017 had its ups and downs for Livingstone Constituency. “As PF we had more questions than answers in 2017 but I am very positive and certain that the this will bring about more answers than questions,” he said. Mr. Mwila said, “As a party we are not looking at problems as problems, but we are looking at them as questions which need answers. Our expectations this year are extremely high in terms of party mobilisation and women and youth empowerment. “Our party is a pro-poor party hence the need to improve the lives of our people in the constituency, which is inevitable especially in 2018,” he said.
