Mr Kanganja said the service was working in collaboration with the Zambia Information Communication and Technology Authority (ZICTA) and other stakeholders to find a lasting solution to the problem. He was speaking at 2017 Zambia Police annual ball in Lusaka on Friday at ZNS Chamba Valley mess where Home Affairs Minister Mr Stephen Kampyongo said the Police should begin to pay serious attention to the scourge. Mr Kampyongo said some disgruntled elements and irresponsible arm chair critics were maligning the leadership of the country and misinforming the citizens through the social media with the sole aim of turning the citizens against their government.
