The minister said youths were the future generation hence any kind of nonsensical behaviour from them would not be entertained. Mr Kampyongo said that Zambia being a Christian nation, would not condone immorality and that culprits found wanting would be dealt with accordingly. He reiterated that no identities involved in the scandal would be shielded or protected because his ministry was on top of things and that he, as minister in charge, would ensure that all Zambians remained law abiding.
