These being DR Congo and South Sudan. Now we wonder why Patricia Scotland opts to send an envoy to peaceful Zambia instead of the above mentioned countries. What is the rationale behind that misplacement of diplomacy? Looking at envoys both Olusegun Obasanjo and Professor Gambari, their combination is the creation and preparation of some hidden schemes while creating yet another stage within to try and discredit our credible Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) and the judiciary. They want the Kenyan re-run menu for Zambia. Zambia should NOT accept anything outside our constitution, please no dubious envoys for Zambia. JOHNKY
