Mr Chitotela, who is Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development has called for dis- cipline among young people to promote national unity in the country. Speaking during the handover of a cheque in Rufunsa on Sunday, Mr Chitotela said the governing party was committed to empowering young people across the country through vari- ous empowerment programmes. Mr Chitotela said the PF Government would not be distracted by disgruntled people who al- ways wanted to bring confusion and promote anarchy in the country. He said the empowerment programmes would be rolled out countrywide so that all provinces are catered from proceeds raised during last year’s “Meet the President” fundraising dinner.
