Mr Mubanga said that motorists should follow all traffic rules during the Unity and Heroes holiday as RTSA had intensified patrols countrywide. He appealed to all road users countrywide to exercise caution and obey all traffic rules and regulations during the long holiday. Mr Mubanga warned those in the habit of breaking the law that RTSA officers had been deployed across the country to ensure that motorists and indeed all road users followed all traffic rules.
