The United Kingdom-based UPND cadre has shocked many Zambians after he disparaged the successful separation of con-joined twins by Zambian medical experts describing the procedure “as simple as performing circumcision.” Mr. Mweetwa who took to his Facebook page wondered why the entire nation was happy about the operation when it was very simple to separate con-joined twins. But Mr. Mweetwa’s sentiment has angered Dr Mumba who has described him a prophet of doom.
