The teacher cum referee was recently promoted to the position of senior education officer at the distance learning headquarters in Lusaka. He is a former teacher at Kapiri Day Secondary School in Kapiri Mposhi of Central province. Mr. Sikazwe is credited for having officiated the 2016 club World Cup final match between Kashima Football Club and Real Madrid Football Club in which the latter won 4-2. He also officiated at the crucial 2017 Africa Cup of Nations (AfCON) between Cameroon and Egypt in which the former edged the latter, 2-1 to win the coveted trophy.
