Addressing the civil servants at Kitwe civic centre, Mr Nundwe said government workers should not risk losing their jobs over politics. “Civil servants should leave politics for politicians and that is why we have MPs, mayors around. You went to university for years to get your job, you can’t afford to lose it because of politics. If you want to practice politics do it in your bedroom with your wife or husband,” Mr. Nundwe said. The recently appointed permanent secretary called for order and sanity to restore Copperbelt’s reputation. Mr Nundwe said the province must not be known for copper thieves, commonly known as Jerabos, the black mountain, or any other illegal activity.
