The chieftainess was speaking when Northern Province Permanent Secretary Elias Kamanga called on her at her palace in Luwingu. She said because of the good leadership of PF government Luwingu district had not been left out of the development agenda citing the construction of Luwingu-Nsombo road and the chief’s palace. “I am commending the government for the presence of the Rural Electrification Authority (REA), construction of schools and health facilities that are going to improve the lives of people in the district,” she said. Meanwhile, Mr Kamanga has appealed to the residents of Luwingu to support the government in its development endeavours to improve the lives of Zambians, especially those in rural areas.
