Mr Lubinda charged that it was very alarming for an opposition leader to build a house for a judge, amid the many petitions that had been brought before the Judiciary He said that enforcement agencies should not wait to be told to investigate illegalities that were being exposed in the media. Mr Lubinda, who is Kabwata Mmber of Parliament, pointed out that the media played a critical role of shining light where people had created darkness.
