The Week One fixture played at the National Heroes Stadium in Lusaka ended 3-3 with the two teams sharing the points. But according to the committee led by Joseph Jalasi, Power Dynamos were handed three points with a 2-0 result after their complaint against Dynamos was supported. The ruling relegated Lusaka Dynamos to ninth position on the league table with eight points while Power Dynamos moved to fourth position on the log with 10 points, on par with Green Eagles.
