Meanwhile, Home Affairs Minister Stephen Kampyongo has directed the Police to scale up patrols especially in Chilanga district over what people suspect to be a serial killer on the loose. Zambia Police public relations officer Esther Katongo said citizens must relay any information in relation to the case to the police and that precaution must be taken by all residents of Chilanga and surrounding areas to avoid falling prey to attacks by not moving alone day or night.
