The teens, mostly aged between ages of 13 and 17, were picked after a tip from members of the public. Police spokesperson Esther Katongo confirmed in a statement yesterday that the children were charged with conduct likely to cause a breach of peace after the officers found empty beer bottles and used condoms at the scene.
